  • Provide the following information in your refund request:
    • Unique Transaction ID.
    • Reason for the refund.
    • Please attach relevant supporting documentation.

Refund Process

  • Upon receiving your refund request, our team will review it and may contact you for additional information if needed.
  • If the refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
  • It may take 10-15 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. This period may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Refund Fees

  • QUALEXE ED-TECH may charge a refund processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The fee amount will be disclosed at the time of the refund request.

No-Refund Situations

  • Refunds will not be provided for:
    • Services already rendered.
    • Products or services with a no-refund policy.
    • Transactions those are not eligible for refunds as determined by QUALEXE ED-TECH.
