The Qualexe website and its services are operated by Qualexe EdTech company. The access to services and website use is subject to following terms and conditions. By using these services, it means that you have read, understood and agreed to these the terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to future modifications. Qualexe may change these terms and conditions as and when required. Updated terms and conditions will get posted on relevant website page. Any such revision will become effective immediately. Qualexe website and its services

Qualexe offers different services to users for preparing for exams online. Such different preparation activities will get conducted on website. Qualexe may, in its sole discretion and at any time, update, change, suspend, make improvements to or discontinue any aspect of the Service offered, temporarily or permanently.

User registration on website

When you register yourself on Qualexe website, you become a user. If you have chosen not to register for our Services, you may access certain features as a “Visitor”. In regards to user registration and access to services,

You agreed to:

1. Provide accurate and correct details like, Full Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, Address, etc.
2. Keep your login credentials confidential and safe.
3. Keep user details updated.
4. Take responsibility of your account and all actions related to your account.
5. Give consent for getting contacted by Qualexe via phone calls, Whatsapp, email or SMS related to product details, offer promotion, order and its shipment or delivery related information.
6. Give consent to use your success result, reviews, third party services related information for our internal analysis and operations. In the absence of such consent, your Qualexe services may get blocked at any time without any prior notice. No refund will be entertained in such cases. Please be assured that none of your details will get shared with any third party.
7. Confirm that you will only have one Qualexe account, which must be in your real name. Creating an account with false information is a violation of our terms, including accounts registered on behalf of others.
8. Use Qualexe account appropriately. You are assuring that you will not engage yourself in displaying or uploading abusive, harassing, threatening, offensive content or in violation of any law.

You affirm and assure Qualexe that your use of the Service will be in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the Indian Constitution and any other relevant jurisdiction, including those governing online behaviour or appropriate content and the transmission of data or information exported from India or the country in which you currently reside. Termination

You have no further right to use the Service after Qualexe terminates your access to it and your use of it at any time and for any reason. By adhering to the guidelines provided by the Service, you can terminate your Qualexe account whenever you want.
